Emile Klep is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in urban planning and housing management. Currently serving as Directeur-bestuurder at Woonplus Schiedam since July 2019, Emile leads one of Schiedam's major housing corporations. In addition, Emile holds a position on the Raad van Toezicht for Gilde Opleidingen and is a member of the Netherlands Executive Committee for the Urban Land Institute. Previous roles include Directeur Stedelijke Inrichting for Gemeente Rotterdam and Directeur regio Noord-Oost for Woonstad Rotterdam, where Emile significantly contributed to urban development and housing management. Emile's educational background includes a Master’s in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with advanced programs in financial management and governance.
