Erwin van der Kruk has extensive experience in project management and construction, having held various roles at WoonInvest since February 2010, including Projectleider and Opzichter. Prior to WoonInvest, Erwin worked as a Werkvoorbereider at Weboma from 2009 to 2010 and served as a Werkorganisator at BAM Woningbouw from 2000 to 2009. Erwin's educational background includes a degree in Vastgoed adviseur from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag in 2013, a Vastgoed inspecteur degree from the same institution in 2013, an EPA-W Adviseur qualification in 2012, and a VCA-VOL Leidinggevend certification in 2011, complemented by an MBO in Bouwkunde obtained between 1996 and 2000.
