Kyran Goudzwaard is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project leadership and property management. Currently serving as Sociaal Projectleider and Projectconsulent at Woonin since February 2022, Kyran previously held the role of co-owner at Het Laatste Garen, where financial management of the webshop was a primary focus. Prior experience includes a position at Nijestee as a Medewerker Woonservice, responsible for direct resident interaction, crisis management, and process improvement. Kyran also worked as a Verhuurmakelaar & vastgoedbeheerder at De Noordelijke Verhuur Makelaars, managing technical and social aspects of rental properties. The career began at IKEA Group as a Customer Relations co-worker. Kyran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Vastgoed en Makelaardij from Hanze, completed in 2019.
