Maurice Endeman MRE has extensive experience in asset and project management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Asset Manager and Senior (Project)ontwikkelaar at WoonFriesland since August 2005, Maurice Endeman is responsible for the development of new constructions, renovations, and reassignments, while also overseeing the sale of complexes, commercial real estate, and social property. Previous roles include Projectleider at Adviesburo Smeets BV from 2002 to 2005, managing various projects across multiple provinces, and an internship at Ter Steege Vastgoed bv, where Maurice Endeman conducted a study on redevelopment possibilities for a business area. Educational qualifications include an MRE in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam and an MSc in Construction Management and Real Estate from Delft University of Technology, among others.
