Zeno Winkels is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability, urban development, and innovation. Currently serving as Algemeen directeur at Woonbond since May 2020, Zeno leads a national association dedicated to tenant rights in the Netherlands. Zeno has also held various key roles including Independent Expert at UIA since January 2017, and Business Developer at Delft University of Technology and Climate-KIC. Zeno's expertise encompasses strategic consulting in urban refurbishment through ECUR and significant contributions in the development of collaborative environments in initiatives like Johanneberg Science Park. With a master's degree in Environmental Economics from Wageningen University & Research, Zeno combines academic insights with extensive practical experience to drive impactful projects in the housing and climate sectors.
