Rob Rutgers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and real estate. Currently serving as a Programmamanager at Woonbedrijf Ieder1 since May 2022, Rob previously worked as a Coordinator Vastgoedbeheer at Woningstichting SWZ from September 2010 to May 2022. Additional roles include Docent at PAO Techniek en Management from 2019 to 2021, Accountmanager at RGS for a brief period in 2009-2010, and Projectcoördinator at Groothuis Woningbouw B.V. from 1995 to 2009. Rob holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Architecture and Building Technology from HAN University of Applied Sciences, completed in May 1995, along with further studies at Delft University of Technology.
