Mandy Vollmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Supply Chain Development Manager for Foods at Woolworths since July 2016. In this role, Mandy manages a team of Logistics Developers, focusing on the development, maintenance, and improvement of the logistics and supply chain network for Woolworths Foods nationally. Prior to this, Mandy held the position of Supply Chain Development Manager for Fashion at takealot.com from July 2014 to June 2016 and worked as a Supply Chain Project Manager at Industrial Logistic Systems from March 2011 to July 2014. Additional experience includes consulting roles from 2011 to 2013, a position as an Industrial Engineer and Logistics Consultant at Tellumat from January 2009 to February 2011, and serving as a Quality Engineer at GE Security from December 2007 to December 2008. Mandy holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, completed between 2006 and 2011.
