Sally Copland is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the ecommerce and digital retail sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of eComX at Woolworths Group since September 2024, Sally leads ecommerce initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. Previously, as Managing Director eCom at WooliesX from February 2022 to September 2024, Sally was instrumental in promoting online growth. From 2012 to February 2022, Sally held various key roles at Woolworths NZ, including GM Brand & CountdownX, where responsibilities involved enhancing brand differentiation and driving digital transformation amid challenges like COVID-19. A strong educational background includes advanced degrees from Harvard Club of Australia, Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and the University of Otago.
