Katie Balko is an experienced professional with a strong background in proposal management, business development, and engineering. Currently serving as a Proposal Manager at Woolpert since January 2022, Katie previously held the position of Senior Business Development Specialist at Lummus Technology, contributing to a global team focused on generating significant revenue for proprietary technologies. Prior roles include Contract/Proposal Development Manager at McDermott International Inc., where Katie managed high-value proposals for the refining and petrochemical industries, and various engineering positions at CB&I, where Katie oversaw major projects, including a $550M gas conditioning plant expansion in Australia.
