Uri Kareev has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1999, they began their career as a Server Team Leader at Messagevine. In 2001, they moved to Pulsicom Technologies as a System Architect, where they were responsible for system architecture and digital processing. In 2003, they became a Senior Algorithm Consultant at ELTA. Uri then founded AiSeek in 2004, where they held the positions of Founder, CEO and VP R&D. In 2008, they founded Kareev Consulting. From 2011 to 2018, they served as VP R&D and CEO at Safer Place Ltd., where they identified the market need for video-based enforcement and developed an innovative, award-winning video-based technology platform. In 2018, they joined Texel, where they held the positions of Vice President Of Services and Vice President Of Products. During this period, they oversaw the strategic shift of Texel from providing cutting edge VR video solution into Texel's Engagement Cloud platform. In 2021, they joined Woojer - Born to feel\u2122 as VP R&D and Product.

Uri Kareev received their B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1998. Uri then attended the Merage Executie Education program multiple times, and also attended Yigal Alon high school.
