Thomas Griep is an experienced industrial engineer with a background in optimizing manufacturing processes and quality control. Currently serving as an Industrial Engineer at Woodway USA since September 2022, Thomas has previously worked as a Solid Dose Machine Operator at Standard Process Inc., where responsibilities included machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Thomas's extensive internship experience includes roles at Generac Power Systems and Rexnord Industrial Chain, where significant contributions involved time studies, workstation design, and process mapping. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, completed in 2019.
