Peter Brusate has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various leadership roles. Peter is currently the Senior Vice President of Finance at Woodward, Inc. and previously served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at the same company. Prior to working at Woodward, Inc., they held positions at Cooper Standard and Delphi, where they served as the Vice President of Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Internal Audit and Compliance, Controller for Asia Pacific, Director of Internal Audit for the Americas, and Treasurer for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Peter also has experience in corporate finance, capital markets, capital planning, cash and investment management, and treasury financial projects. Peter Brusate began their career as a Supervising Senior Accountant at KPMG.
Peter Brusate earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Northwood University in the years 1994-1998. Peter later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Integrative Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business during 2003-2004. Additionally, Peter Brusate has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Michigan and as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Financial Professionals.
