Kenneth Lynch has extensive work experience in supply chain management, particularly in the aerospace industry. Kenneth started their career in 1996 as an International Materials Coordinator at RB&W Corp, and then worked at ITW as a Purchasing Manager and Customer Service Manager from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Purchased Parts Group as a Sourcing Manager, and then moved on to Heads & Threads International as a Strategic Sourcing Manager from 2005 to 2008. Kenneth also had a role as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Cooper Lighting from 2008 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Lynch worked as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Material Sciences Corp.
