Halil Kinaci M.S., M.B.A. has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and purchasing. Halil started their career at Pioneer Electronics as a Manufacturing Engineer and Supplier Development Engineer, gaining a deep understanding of lean manufacturing and production. Halil then joined Johnson Controls Automotive, where they served as the Purchasing Project Manager and later as the Global Commodity Manager. In these roles, they led global teams, improved purchasing performance, and developed commodity strategies. Halil joined Woodward in 2005 and quickly progressed to become the Director and Manager of Division and Global Purchasing. Currently, they are the Director of Global Supply Chain at Woodward, where they provide strategic leadership and tactical direction across various supply chain functions. Halil has built a highly professional team and ensures that Woodward remains a leader in the aerospace and industrial control solutions industry.
Halil Kinaci holds an MBA degree in Integrative Management from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business. Halil also has a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University. Kinaci completed their undergraduate studies at Istanbul Technical University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
