Benjamin Sylvester, MA, PMP, currently serves as Logistics Manager at Woodward, Inc., overseeing warehouse operations and inventory management for multiple industrial manufacturing value streams while leading a substantial team. Previously, Benjamin held the position of Account Executive at Esri, focusing on federal government and defense accounts, and has extensive experience in the US Army, where roles included Director of Material Management and Maintenance, and Logistics Operations Planner, contributing to significant logistics achievements in supply chain management. In academia, Benjamin was an Assistant Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, teaching human and physical geography, and holds a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of South Carolina, with research focused on refugee and human migration.
