Gene Patterson has extensive experience in athletic training and administration, currently serving as the Assistant Athletic Director and Head Athletic Trainer at Woodward Academy since August 2000. Prior to this role, Gene accumulated experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Georgia Physical Therapy Clinics from 1998 to 2000, DeKalb Medical from 1996 to 1998, and Peach State Therapy from 1993 to 1996. Gene holds a Masters of Education in Sports Administration and Management from The University of Georgia and a degree in Physical Education with a focus on Athletic Training from Iowa State University.
