Lesley Highley has an extensive background in nursing and education, currently serving as a Tutor/Assessor/IQA at Woodspeen Training since January 2023, after previously holding the role of Lead IQA within the same organization. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Magdalen Park Nursing Home as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) from November 2016 to November 2023 and a combination of roles at Eldercare from March 2012 to November 2023, including RGN, deputy manager, and acting manager. Lesley Highley's educational qualifications feature a DPSN, BSc in Nursing, PGCE, PGDip in Health Professional Education, and an MA in Managing Learning and Development, all obtained from The University of Huddersfield from 1993 to 2013.
