Jarry Yu, CFA, FRM, serves as Vice President of Due Diligence and Closing at Woodside Health since June 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team in the underwriting and due diligence process for various property types across the United States, conducting thorough reviews of financial documentation and leases, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and preparing investment presentations. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Underwriting and Acquisitions, Senior Associate, Associate, and Investment Analyst. Jarry gained internship experience with CFA Society Cleveland, Weatherhead School of Management, Everbright Securities, ICBC (Asia), and Guotai Junan Securities. Jarry holds a Master's in Management, Finance from Weatherhead School and a Bachelor's in International Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
