Nitya Anindita has over 18 years of work experience in finance and business process roles. Nitya is currently working as a Principal Finance SAP S/4HANA at Woodside Energy, leading the implementation of new marketing processes. Prior to this, they worked at BHP for 10 years in various roles, including Financial Accounting & Reporting Specialist and Principal Finance Analysis & Improvement. Nitya also worked as a Finance Business Process & Data Lead and Finance Business Process Data Coach at BHP, where they focused on process improvement and training. Before joining BHP, Nitya worked at GDF SUEZ as an SAP Finance Business Analyst and at Shell as a Finance Business Analyst in the Direct Tax Project. Nitya began their career at Accenture as an SAP Finance Consultant and SAP ABAP & FI/CO Analyst.

Nitya Anindita pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their enrollment at the University of Indonesia from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they obtained a degree in Computer Science, known as "skomp."

Following their undergraduate studies, Nitya Anindita furthered their education at the University of Leeds, where they completed their Master's degree in Accounting & Finance between 2006 and 2007.

Additionally, Nitya Anindita obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Nitya received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University in 2017. In 2010, they also obtained a Certificate in Business Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
