David Homsi is an experienced professional in contracts and procurement, currently serving as Manager at Woodside Energy since June 2022, managing the Trion Project. Prior to this, David held a similar role at BHP from February 2020 to June 2022, also for the Trion Project. David's extensive background includes positions such as Director of Subcontracts for Black & Veatch and a series of Contracts Director roles at Fluor Corporation, where responsibilities included project proposals for major ventures like Rio Grande LNG and Golden Pass LNG. David's career began at KBR, Inc., where roles included Sr. Subcontract Administrator and Purchasing Specialist, supporting significant projects like LOGCAP III. David earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Houston Christian University from 2000 to 2004.
