Patrick Bolling serves as a Principal at Woods Rogers since September 2014, where responsibilities include guiding management on labor and employment disputes and dispute avoidance. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate in Labor & Employment and Corporate/Transactional sectors, representing employers in disputes, negotiations, and various corporate governance matters. In addition to legal practice, Patrick is an Adjunct Professor at Washington and Lee University School of Law, teaching litigation skills focused on electronic evidence preservation. As Chair of the Young Lawyers Division for the Virginia Bar Association, Patrick leads over 1,500 young attorneys. Earlier experience includes assisting an anti-trust attorney at the International Dairy Foods Association and interning at the U.S. House of Representatives. Patrick holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Hampden-Sydney College.
