Sarah Biggs is a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, specializing in process improvement analysis, technical support, and documentation in business systems since April 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at King Arthur Baking Company, including Senior Programmer/Analyst and IS Support Team Leader, where expertise in troubleshooting enterprise software and creating technical documentation was developed. With a background in Computer Science and History from Smith College and an MBA from Simmons University, Sarah also has experience from internships at Microsoft and FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc., as well as academic support as a Teaching Assistant at Smith College.
