Heath Oberloh is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith P.C. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Heath worked at Ballard Spahr LLP for nine years, focusing on business growth and asset protection for clients. Additionally, Heath serves as a board member for the Dispatch Project, promoting international missions among business leaders. Previous experience includes directing the Furniture Mission of South Dakota and serving as a judicial clerk for the South Dakota Supreme Court. Heath holds a J.D. from The University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law and a BA in History from Dordt University.
