Johannes Heinen has over 20 years of professional experience in the consulting and insurance industries. Johannes began their career in 1999 as a Systemadministration (Netzwerk, SAP R/3 IDES-Testsystem) at Dr. Kiesewetter Consulting GmbH. In 2001, they moved to RISK-CONSULTING Prof. Dr. Weyer GmbH as a Systemadministration (Netzwerk, Datenbank). In 2005, Johannes joined Gothaer Krankenversicherung AG as a Referent Prozesse und Systeme. In 2008, they transitioned to Geneva-ID as a BI-Berater. In 2011, Johannes moved to FINCON Unternehmensberatung GmbH as a Principal Consultant. Finally, in 2015, they joined Woodmark Consulting AG as a Senior Manager / Prokurist, later becoming a Senior Manager and then a Manager.

Johannes Heinen obtained a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from the University of Cologne between 1996 and 2005, majoring in Organisationslehre, Netzwerkorientierte Unternehmensführung, and Wirtschaftsinformatik.
