Tom Shadrix has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tom started their career in 1988 as a Senior Medical Sales Consultant at PSS World Medical, where they were responsible for sales of capital and laboratory equipment. Tom later worked at Vision MicroSurgical as a Southeast Territory Manager, selling surgical microscopes and neurosurgical equipment.

In 2004, Tom became a Regional Sales Director at Accuray Inc., where they focused on selling the CyberKnife Robotic Radiosurgical System, demonstrating strong executive-level sales skills. Tom then joined Sicel Technologies as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, where they sold the DVS technology for the treatment of Prostate Cancer in Radiation Oncology centers.
