Glen Stygar is an experienced real estate professional and licensed general contractor with extensive expertise in multifamily, mixed-use, self-storage, and express car wash development. Currently serving as a Partner at Woodie's Wash Shack since October 2018 and President at Greenfield Development Group Inc since January 1996, Glen actively pursues development opportunities across the Southeastern United States. Previous roles include Partner at Lighthouse Cove LLC, Forest Springs LLC, and Lyndale Developers LLC, and Managing Member at PSL Development Group LLC, among others. Glen holds multiple certifications from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute in Real Estate Development from 2003 to 2006.
