Vanessa Wu serves as the Manager of Youth Programs at WoodGreen Community Services, where responsibilities include overseeing the Youth Wellness Centre's daily operations, financial planning, program development, and personnel management. Prior experience includes roles as a Case Counsellor Specialist at WoodGreen, where Vanessa led team meetings, developed policy materials, and provided clinical services to vulnerable youth. Vanessa's background also includes social work positions at The Massey Centre for Women and a social work internship at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, along with earlier roles in team leadership and community engagement through initiatives with Roots of Empathy and East Metro Youth Services. Vanessa holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
