Michelle Rivera has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Michelle started their career at Kohl's in 2016 as an HR Specialist - Seasonal. Michelle then moved on to Payless ShoeSource in 2017 as a Human Resources Team Member. Later that year, they joined Target as a Sr. Human Resources Specialist. In 2019, Michelle joined Amazon as a Sr. HRA and then transitioned into the role of Human Resources Business Partner. Michelle also worked as a Program Manager at Amazon before joining Woodforest National Bank in 2023 as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Michelle Rivera attended California State University-San Bernardino from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
