Martin Gutierrez has work experience in the field of technology and customer support. Martin started working at Verizon Wireless in 2010 as a Technical Support Level 2, where they stayed until July 2012. In 2012, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a Technical Support Level 2. In 2013, they joined Woodforest National Bank as a Payment Systems Engineer and later worked as a Tech Ops.

Martin Gutierrez attended the Frank H. Dotterweich College of Engineering at Texas A&M University from 2003 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In addition to their degree, Martin also obtained several certifications. In 2011, they obtained the A+, Network+, Security+, and Linux+ certifications from Comptia. In 2012, they earned the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows 7 Configuration and Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7 certifications from Microsoft. Lastly, in the same year, Martin obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco.
