Ziad Joumaa is an experienced Maintenance Director with extensive expertise in preventive maintenance, engineering, and facility management, currently serving at Wooden Bakery KSA since June 2011. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager at Mix and Bake and Master Technician & Team Leader at Malco Group SAL, where Ziad led large teams and oversaw the maintenance of complex machinery and production lines. Early career experience includes various mechanical technician positions at companies such as Lebanese Trading & Manufacturing Company and Fawaz Mechanical Workshops. Ziad holds a Mechanical Diploma in Mechanics and Repairers from ITI and a high school diploma in Mechanics from Lebanese Public School.
