Nathan Warner is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in multifamily projects. Currently serving as a Project Superintendent at Wood Partners since January 2020, Nathan has previously held roles such as Tampa Representative for Carpenters Local Union 1905 and Superintendent at Cork & Howard Construction. Additional experience includes serving as a Superintendent at Odom Construction Service and working with Davis & Associates Construction in various capacities, including Carpenter, Foreman, and Superintendent. Nathan's career began as a Carpenter at R.L. Turner Corporation, following completion of an apprenticeship program from 1998 to 2002 and graduating from Tri-West High School in 1998.
