Thibaut Roskam has been working in the tech industry since 2012. In 2012, they were a PHP Developer at Dynaclic, where they worked on an online school platform. In 2013, they were a PHP Developer at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a Consultant Analyst-Developer at BluBird SA/NV. Thibaut also worked as a Full Stack Developer at RTBF from 2013 to 2021, where they worked within the web development team to maintain and improve the websites. During their time at RTBF, they worked on various projects such as Belgian and foreign elections, TheVoice and other program related websites, RTBF SamsungTV application, RTBF Xbox One application, news websites revamp using responsive design, Auvio and Auvio Premium platforms, authentication system, micro-services infrastructure design, and RTBF API Marketplace. In 2021, they started working as a Consultant Analyst Developer at Positive Thinking Company. In 2022, they began working as a Back End Developer at Wooclap.

Thibaut Roskam began their educational journey in 2002 at Athénée Emile Bockstael, where they studied Latin science. In 2008, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Université libre de Bruxelles. Thibaut then continued their studies at the same university, earning a Master's degree in Computer Science in 2013.
