Garlam Kong is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Baruch College. Since December 2016, Garlam has served as an IT Specialist at Wonton Food Inc, focusing on the maintenance and support of computer systems. Prior to this role, Garlam worked as Help Desk Support at Prime Case Funding LLC and as a Solution Engineer Intern at the NYC Department of Education, where responsibilities included creating and debugging system images and managing inventory systems.
