Jen Tumas is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and operations sectors, currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at Wonolo since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Luxury Travel Advisor and Private Driver Coordinator at CIE Tours International from April 2018 to December 2020, as well as a Guest Experience Representative at The Engleside Inn and a Gallery Host & Acting Supervisor at Hyatt Place. Jen also participated in the Disney College Program in Resort Operations at Walt Disney World and completed an internship as a Guest Service Agent & Concierge at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Stockton University.
