Reid Webber

Director - Experience Design at WONGDOODY

Reid Webber is currently the Director of Experience Design at WONGDOODY, where they lead the Experience Design team for the Infosys Helix healthcare platform. Reid is responsible for transforming legacy healthcare processes into a real-time, cloud-native, AI-embedded solution. Prior to this, Reid worked as a Principal User Experience Consultant at Apex Systems and as a Lead Experience Designer at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they focused on digital transformation and UX design for member solutions. Reid has also served as a Senior UX Designer at Infosys and as a Senior Design Strategist & Experience Design Manager at Verizon, leading digital transformation and design strategy for enterprise customers. Before joining Verizon, Reid held various IT management roles at MCI WorldCom Communications Inc and WorldCom, overseeing the development and testing of systems in areas such as billing, finance, call processing, and data warehousing. Reid began their career as an Information Technology Project Manager at WilTel Communications.

Reid Webber has a diverse educational background. Reid obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Oklahoma, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. Prior to their MBA, Webber earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory and Composition from the same university, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992. Before attending the University of Central Oklahoma, Webber pursued Music Performance, General at Louisiana Christian University from 1985 to 1987, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Furthermore, Webber has also acquired additional certifications, including Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator and Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI from IBM, which were obtained in August 2020 and July 2020, respectively.
