Deborah Cochran is a Partner and Senior Associate Attorney at Wong Fleming, where since January 2013, responsibilities have included drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, investigating internal disputes, and litigating various employment and business disputes in both State and Federal Courts. Deborah Cochran counsels corporate clients on compliance and liability matters, represents creditors in bankruptcy filings, and prepares immigration applications, while also supervising paralegal and administrative staff. Prior experience includes serving as a Civil Litigation Attorney at McCarthy & Holthus LLP, specializing in mortgage-banking and real property litigation. Deborah Cochran holds a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, San Diego.
