Dafney Dubuisson Stokes, Esq. serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for The Mark Cares, Inc., where efforts focus on empowering marginalized communities through social and economic equality initiatives. As a Partner at Wong Fleming since March 2016, Stokes represents global and Fortune 100 companies in civil litigation, overseeing comprehensive pre-trial processes and participating in trials and arbitrations. Previous roles include Associate Attorney at Portnoff Law Associates, where Stokes handled compliance in consumer debt collection, and Attorney at the Marriage and Family Resource Center, providing legal representation in family law. Notable early experiences include work as a Legal Fellow with the ACLU of Pennsylvania and various roles in legal research and clerkship. Stokes holds a Juris Doctor from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College.
