Renate Westerink currently serves as the Product Owner Behandelteam at KwadrantGroep since September 2024 and as an interim organizational development advisor at Wonen Noordwest Friesland from July 2023. Other roles include Board Member at St. Sichtpunt and Advisor for self-organizing teams at Leren organiseren, both initiated in June 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Expert Coach at stichting leerKRACHT, Coach and Interim Manager at Westenwind Organisatiecoaching, and Team Leader at Friesland College. Past contributions also include program management and HR services leadership roles.
