Lauren Barbera is an experienced Design Director at Wondery Outdoors since November 2022, leading apparel and accessory design for an inclusive and sustainable outdoor brand. Previously, Lauren served as the lead designer for the Women’s Outdoor apparel line at G.H. Bass & Co. and worked in various design capacities, including activewear, women's outerwear, and woven garments, at companies such as The Golden Touch Group, American Eagle Outfitters, and Fleet Street Ltd. Early career experience includes internships at PARTOW and ORANGE DOMINO LIMITED. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, complemented by education at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
