Dr. Nikhil Mistry is an experienced educator and acoustic consultant with a robust background in science and engineering. Presently serving as the Head of Curiosity at Wonderseekers, associated with the Winchester Science Centre & Planetarium, Dr. Mistry's previous roles include Science Teacher at Bitterne Park School, School Direct Science Teacher Trainee at Saint George Catholic College, and various positions in acoustics and scientific research, including a Research Fellow at the National Oceanography Centre and an Acoustic Consultant at Arup. Dr. Mistry holds a PhD in Acoustical Engineering from the University of Southampton, where significant research contributions were made, particularly in the development of sonar technologies and public engagement initiatives related to acoustics.
