Lloyd Michael Dunghao is an experienced professional in training and operations management, currently serving as the Training Manager at Wonders since January 2021. In this role, Lloyd oversees training programs, manages performance of direct reports, and ensures alignment with company goals. Previous positions at Wonders include Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Team Lead, and Training Mentor, where responsibilities involved operation oversight, team management, and performance analysis. Prior to Wonders, Lloyd was with Qualfon for nearly nine years, holding various roles including Operations Supervisor and Associate Trainer. Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Negros Oriental State University.
