Ryan Magnussen has an extensive work experience that spans over 25 years. In 1992, they founded and became the CEO of Vertical Addictions Inc., which helped pioneer the sport of bungee jumping in the United States. In 1994, Ryan founded Zentropy Partners, one of the first digital agencies in the US, and grew it to become one of the largest interactive agencies in the world. In 2003, they founded Ripe Digital Entertainment, which pioneered the creation and distribution of short-form video programming and advertising for cable TV, internet, and mobile outlets. In 2008, they joined the Board of the Kanye West and Dr. Donda West Foundation, an organization that focuses on elevating consciousness at the individual and organizational level. In 2009, they founded Conscious Society and Grail, Inc., a non-profit organization and a social app for just articles and videos, respectively. In 2020, they created Wonder Sciences, a mental health research company pioneering the intersection between psychedelic medicine, technology, and neuroscience.
