Julia Nikolaenko began their work experience in 2010 at Cherry Hill Gourmet, where they served as a Cash Register Manager and Departmental Manager. In this role, they developed and managed relationships with vendors, provided responsive customer service, and managed employee activities and schedules. Julia remained with the company until 2016, during which time they achieved a 40% increase in sales.

In 2016, Julia joined Jet as an Accounts Payable Analyst. Julia was responsible for managing the processing of over 2000 invoices per month, reconciling invoices, and prioritizing them based on cash discount potential and payment terms. Julia held this position until 2019 and then took on the role of Junior Accountant at Walmart eCommerce.

Following their time at Walmart eCommerce, Julia joined Wonder in 2020 as a Junior Accountant. Wonder is a food tech-startup focused on changing the way people dine at home. Julia's responsibilities in this role are not specified, and their employment at Wonder is ongoing.

Julia Nikolaenko pursued their education from 2012 to 2015 at Baruch College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Investment.
