Teresa Van Wyk, CM, has extensive experience in various roles across multiple sectors, with a focus on management and customer relations. Currently serving as a volunteer at the Women's Resource Center since 2008, Teresa facilitates the Skills for Success class, mentoring women in career transitions. Previous positions include Contracts Coordinator at Spectrum Health, where responsibilities involved IS contract management and weekly reporting, and Health Insurance Advisor at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, addressing complex inquiries related to claims and benefits. Teresa also held the position of Office Coordinator at Priority Health, where a cross-functional team project was directed to create a project management tool, enhancing team collaboration and service delivery. Earlier career experience includes serving as Office Manager at Exhibit Design Consultants, Inc. Teresa holds a BBA with double majors in Management and Business from Davenport University.
