Melody Shekari is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director of the Women's Fund of Greater Chattanooga since January 2024. With a legal background as a Lawyer & Consultant at Shekari Law PLLC since January 2017, Melody specializes in criminal defense, business law, real estate, wills, trusts, and civil litigation, and has also served as a special judge. Prior experiences include candidacy for the TN Third Congressional District in 2016, a Policy Fellow position with the City of Chattanooga, and leadership roles at the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students. Melody holds a JD from the University of Southern California, an MPA from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington, and a B.S. in Economics and International Relations from Bentley University.
