Catalina Maldonado serves as the Chief Innovation & Growth at Primes Media since April 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in empowering women entrepreneurs through roles such as Barcelona Ambassador for Women's Entrepreneurship Day Organization from June 2022 to April 2024. With over a decade as a TEDxOrganizer and Communication Coach at TEDxBarcelona, Catalina has honed skills in public speaking and team leadership. Previous positions include Business Developer at Grupo Planeta, Co-Founder of ourlinks.org, and Sustainability & Technology Officer at Actilumâ„¢. Catalina has also contributed to academia as an associate lecturer in public speaking and communication at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and other institutions.
