Michael Crowder is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the System Director of Recruitment at SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC). Previously, Michael held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Women's Care and has served as Interim Talent Acquisition Leader for both Parkview Health in Pueblo, CO, and Vidant Health in Greenville, NC, through B.E. Smith. Additionally, Michael was a Senior Consultant in Talent Acquisition Strategic Advisory at Korn Ferry and held the position of VP of Global Recruiting Strategy at Alorica. Michael's educational background includes a BA in International Relations and Economics from Brigham Young University and The University of Memphis.
