Ariela Sancho, MHA, currently serves as the Onboarding and Optimization Specialist for Revenue Cycle at Women's Care since September 2022. Previously, Ariela held the position of ACO/PCF Operations Manager at ClareMedica Health Partners, where responsibilities included acting as a subject matter expert on Accountable Care Organizations and managing the implementation of a corrective action plan. Experience also includes serving as Practice Manager at Gastro Florida, where collaboration led to the successful opening of a new practice and the implementation of various systems and policies. Earlier roles included Administrative Resident and Administrative Intern at Gastro Florida, focusing on training and improving revenue cycle processes. Ariela began the career as Resource Genius at samstaff, supporting recruitment efforts for women-owned businesses in healthcare.
