Allison Paré is a Manager in Assurance at Welch LLP, a mid-sized accounting firm in the Ottawa area and Eastern Ontario. Her work primarily focuses on assurance engagements for not-for-profit organizations and charities, however she also performs tax and non-assurance engagements for small-medium sized, privately owned, enterprises. In a professional setting that still tends to be male dominant, Allison thinks it is incredibly important to have networks and organizations like the WBN that raises women up and allows us to become the best professional women we can be. Allison is proud to be a part of this network.
