Linda Fecteau serves as the Childcare Business Program Manager at The Women's Business Development Council since October 2022. With over a decade of experience as Business Manager at Little Learners Children's Center, Linda has expertise in early childhood education and afterschool programs. Additionally, as an Online Instructor at Charter Oak State College, responsibilities include teaching courses on administration, supervision, and positive youth development. Linda has operated Fecteau Consulting since July 2009, offering business management and professional training services. As a former founder of Creating Opportunities for Youth, Linda has a background in youth development and consulting, coupled with extensive work as a consultant for the Connecticut After School Network. Linda's commitment to leadership and community enhancement is further underscored by participation in the Connecticut Health Foundation Leadership Fellows Alumni Program. Linda holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit Management and Education from Albertus Magnus College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology focused on youth development.
